Mentoring
Each of the Memphis Summer Associates is paired with an attorney as a mentor. Although the Summer Associates will have plenty of opportunities to work with other attorneys and staff, the Summer Associate's relationship with his or her mentor is a valuable resource for guidance and learning. The mentoring program is designed to foster confidence between the mentor and the Summer Associate to maximize the Summer Associate's experience and performance.
