Overview
Our Jefferson City office is proud to offer a Summer Associate program that provides challenging legal work and a congenial atmosphere. The Summer Associates experience a variety of legal assignments throughout the course of the summer. Because of its location in the State Capitol, our Jefferson City attorneys are involved in cases of state-wide importance and Missouri and national cases of first impression. Summer Associates are encouraged to participate in these important cases. Our Jefferson City program also allows our Summer Associates the opportunity to interact with clients, members of the bar, and Court personnel. They are encouraged to attend client meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations and business closings. Equally important, our Summer Associate program offers students the opportunity to interact on a social basis with attorneys and colleagues.
In sum, the Summer Associate Program offers law students an opportunity for professional growth, as they gain actual legal experience. Our Jefferson City office provides the benefits and support of a large law firm in a smaller office setting.
