FAQs: Full-time Offers
Full-time Offers
-
What is unique about your full-time offers for Summer Associates?
Our Summer Program is sized to match the number of openings we have for full-time Associates. This means there is no competition between Summer Associates for a limited number of available positions. A full-time position is available for all Summer Associates after graduation, assuming the Summer Associate meets all expectations and receives and accepts our full time offer. In some of our offices, full-time offers may be made after you successfully complete your first summer with us, whether you are a 1L or a 2L.
-
When are offers for full-time Associate positions communicated to Summer Associates?
Offers for full-time Associate positions are communicated to Summer Associates after the successful completion of the summer program. In some of our offices, full-time offers may be made after you successfully complete your first summer with us, whether you are a 1L or a 2L.
-
Are offers made to first years?
Yes. In some of our offices, if you successfully complete the Summer Associate Program after your first year of law school, you may be offered a position with us for after graduation.
-
If given an offer, how long would I have to make a decision?
Our firm follows the NALP guidelines. Please refer to the NALP website for additional information.
-
How many students from the Summer Program will receive offers?
Our Summer Program is sized to match the number of openings we have for full-time Associates, a policy that distinguishes us from most other law firms. This means a full-time position is available for those who meet expectations and successfully complete the Summer Associate Program.
